I was called up from the Reserves to serve in Operation Desert Storm, the easy war against Iraq. My assignment was as a soldier-artist for the US Army Center of Military History. It was good duty and made up for all the heartache and weeks I spent in the mud with the Regular Army the first time around. These are examples of the work I created based on my experiences in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iraq.
